DAV Shell

As the name DAV SHELL suggests, this type of heat exchanger belongs to the Shell&Tube family. It consists of a shell (pressure vessel) with a bundle of tubes inside. A fluid flows inside the tubes and another fluid flows outside the tubes (inside the shell) to transfer heat between the two fluids. The bundle of tubes is called a tube bundle and can consist of different types of tubes.
DAV SHELL exchangers are made with a welded or removable tube bundle, with corrugated or smooth tubes, recommended for the treatment of low and medium viscosity fluids, homogeneous fluids or fluids with small suspended particles.
Manufactured in stainless steel, austenitic or super austenitic, duplex and titanium.
They can also be manufactured according to TEMA BEU standards.
