DAV Blaze

DAV BLAZE is a high temperature direct-fired hot air generator with very high efficiency. It consists of several heat exchangers in series with a combustion chamber for industrial burners. Made with refractory stainless steel (AISI 310, 321 and 316Ti) it allows to reach high temperatures without cracks. By using finned tubes of different diameters that allow the energy to be transferred from the flue gases to the air in the best way, is achieved the highest efficiency possible, for great savings in fuel and CO2 emissions. DAV BLAZE can work with flue gases generated by most gaseous and liquid fuels, as it is designed to be easily cleaned and inspected. It finds ideal applications in the food sector such as industrial cooking ovens or dryers.
